Weekend Courses The Association holds regular weekend courses in T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Feng Shou Kung Fu and Anmo - Health & Massage in the Midlands at Princethorpe College near Coventry. These courses are ideal for beginners and for students who wish to take their studies further, and are also suitable for people who can't make it to a regular evening class. Each day is from 10.30-4.30pm so there is plenty of opportunity to go into the various exercises and forms in much more depth, each day course is approximately equal to four evening classes and they are held once a month. There are also some day courses periodically held in other regions around the country. The details are below.
